Located in the Far West End of Richmond, VA, I specialize in hand-made sugar flowers and individually designed wedding cakes created by one-on-one collaboration with the customer. Each unique wedding cake will be remembered long after the reception is over, and will taste as good as it looks. I bake from scratch, not mixes, and never freeze cakes. You and your guests will appreciate the difference! My wedding cakes and decorations are not mass-produced, and each cake is an individual work of edible art. |

| I have a background in Studio Art and a certificate in Pastry Arts. I've been working in Richmond Virginia since 1999, I bake out of a licensed and inspected home kitchen, and I offer free tasting appointments on a regular basis. I have been given "Best Of" awards by The Knot and Richmond Magazine, and have been given other industry awards as chosen by brides' reviews. Photos of my wedding cakes and articles I've written have appeared in many publications such as Richmond Bride, Richmond Weddings, The Richmond Times-Dispatch, Wedding Cakes-A Design Source, the Knot VA/MD edition, People.com, Amy Atlas.com, Ruffled Blog, Onewed, Rock-n-Roll Bride blog, Success magazine, Nationally Syndicated Bridal Guides, and on the cover of American Cake Decorating. I have taught decorating techniques on television and at local culinary venues, and I have contributed to local and nationally syndicated print articles on the topic of wedding cakes. I am a member of several professional organizations, and am the current President of the Richmond Bridal Association.
